What is your primary product or service?
Long-term care insurance
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The threat of 78 million baby boomers entering the long-term care scene was a great motivational reason why I became interested in long-term care. Background is retired 25 year veteran from the USAF and then after retirement I became a financial planner for 9 years and then decided to be a long-term care specialist.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a long-term care specialist and remain focused on that entirely. It is a full time job.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one main headquaters located in Kettering, Ohio. We have other licensed partners that we work with in other locations. Expansion plans possible.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From Far Hill Ave, also known as Route 48 head East on East David road. When you pass Marshall Road turn right at the next street called Presidential Way. Go half a mile. Building is along Presidential on right hand side ( Presidential Village sign on your right, turn there)
What type of payments do you accept?
Premium payments are monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annual. Most payments are EFT.
Which areas do you service?
All of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
President is Randy Gallas, Owner
What are your hours of operation?
normally 8 AM to 5PM or later.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Thank you for introducing us to long-term care insurance, because without this financial assistance we would not have the choices and flexibility to receive Quality care in our home.
