Datyon Technology Group has been serving the greater Dayton area since 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
Computer Networking and Product. We are a full service IT outsourcing firm, focused on finding the exact solution businesses need in the most economical fashion.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our Vice President, Brock Kiser, served in the US Navy where he obtained his Microsoft Certifications and Network Security expertise. In 2001 he decided to bring his experience into the private sector, joining DTGi's team and growing the company into what it is today.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer Service! We are out there to do what is right for our clients business, not just what is good for our bottom line. We have Experienced Engineers that are sent to clients locations, this cuts back on billable hours involved with issues and increases our client satisfaction by 100% every time!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As of November 2007, we doubled our location size and moved into the Vandalia region. This enabled DTGi to offer more services such as off-site back up and solutions, hosting 24 x 7 Managed Services Monitoring and Response, and Web / Portal design and integration.

Greater Miami Valley, Cincinatti, Indiana, Northern Kentucky, Columbus regions
