Over 50 Years.
What is your primary product or service?
We are known for our one of a kind cakes not only the taste, like our strawberry filled, delicate sponge cake but also original and personalized designs.Our Challah is the best you ever tasted.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We literally grew up above the bakery- we grew up smelling the bread baking and the donuts frying. My sister and I would decorate cardboard rounds with the pastry tubes that the decorator thought were to small to use.I always wanted to be a Baker that played professional ball...My sports career just ended up on the cake. If you need to be a champion just leave it to us and we will give you your glory days on the top of your favorite cake!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a family business- my father is a master baker trained in the old school, I comb the country looking for innovations to work smarter with our small staff my mom is the poster child for customer service.We specialize in the Jewish traditions for maintaining Kosher and while this may not apply to all of us it does apply to your cholesterol and calories meaning everything is not only beautiful, it is also healthier for you.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We were up to three locations at one time but have now concentrated our efforts in one location leveraging delivery and mail services.

We are at 910 w fairview if you are at Good Samaritan hospital head towards downtown on salem and turn onto any of the side streets off Salem to your left to get to fairview. From GS we are about 2 blocks.
